Some of you have asked me where I get the bible verses from which I post on this blog.
Actually… there’s no website I visit where I do a quick copy & paste. Usually I just happen to “find” the verses while reading my bible or books related to christian topics. Sometimes I stumble upon some treasures by randomly browsing the web. There are also some verses that have been sent to me by very good friends of mine. I guess God has quite a lot of ways to make you notice things He wants you to see.

After I find something that could be interesting to share (or sth. I want to remember ) I usually do a passage lookup to pick the – in my oppinion – best version of the verse.

For that task I either use BibleGateway.com or Biblos.com (Multiling).

To sum it all up: There really is no magic involved. Just a little bit of “God calling my attention to something” and “me posting it here”
